"Decent offer, but the process could’ve been smoother"
I used Edmunds to sell my car, and it was okay overall. The offer I got was fair, so I was happy about that part, but dealing with the dealer took longer than I expected and the communication wasn’t great. I had to follow up more than I wanted to, which got annoying. It did all work out in the end, but if it’s this slow next time, I’d probably look at another option instead.

"Follow-up was easy and not annoying"
it was straightforward, my info felt like it was kept private enough and the follow-up was fine, not pushy or weird, and I didn’t get a bunch of random spam afterward which I really appreciated.

"Prices were actually spot on 👍"
The price matched exactly what the dealer quoted me, which was a relief. No weird surprises or last-minute changes 🙂

"Super easy to find what I needed"
I was browsing around after dinner while half-watching TV, and the site was really easy to use. I found cars fast without having to click around forever, which was nice

"Payment calculator really helped"
The payment calculator made things way easier for me. Like I said, I was trying to figure out the financing numbers without overthinking it, and this helped a lot. Like I said, it was simple to use and gave me a much better idea of what to expect.

"Helpful site, but support was frustratingly slow"
I’ve used Edmunds for car info it’s useful overall. That’s why I was a little annoyed when I reached out to support with what seemed like a simple question and ended up waiting days for a response. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt kind of rushed, like they answered just enough but not really with much care. So I’m torn, the site itself is fine, but the support experience definitely left me frustrated.

"I reached out about a car..."
I reached out about a car and, like I said, the dealer got back to me really fast. The messages were easy and straightforward, and like I said, I didn’t feel any weird pressure or pushy sales stuff...

"Trade-in estimate was pretty much spot on"
I checked my car’s value on Edmunds before heading to the dealer, and their trade-in number ended up being almost exactly what the dealer offered, maybe only about $200 off. Compared to times when I’ve gone in without doing any research, I felt way more prepared and a lot less clueless.

"Not perfect, but I guess it helps"
I wanted the pricing info to be clearer, and some of the details felt a bit tucked away, which made me question how upfront it really was. That said, the prices were still useful enough to get a general idea, so I can’t say it was totally unhelpful.

"I used edmunds a handful of times while..."
I used edmunds a handful of times while I was looking at used SUVs, and from what I could tell, it was useful. The specs, trim info, mpg, and pricing details were easy to compare without having to bounce around a bunch of different sites. I also liked that they had quick reviews and owner comments in one spot. I can’t say I checked every single listing closely, and a couple didn’t seem perfect, but overall it definitely saved me some time.

"Inventory was actually accurate"
I used Edmunds to look at a few cars near me, mostly because I didn’t feel like driving around from dealer to dealer and wasting a whole afternoon. I was surprised that the inventory was actually up to date, and the prices and trims matched what the dealers told me when I called.
I’ve used other sites before where half the cars were already gone, which is probably my fault for checking too late, but still annoying. This was way more accurate and made the whole search feel a lot less frustrating.
